Refund policy

Returns are accepted only within 24hrs of recieving your order.

Exchanges are accepted only within 7 days of receiving your order, The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, ticket and in it's original packaging. Refund and exchange process takes 5-7 working days 

All returned items will be inspected before approving an exchange. If the item shows any signs of wear, damage, or missing tags, it will be returned back to you.

Please note: In case of exchange or return, the delivery fees will be covered by the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
